The campsite can take care of you at an hourly rate of €40.00.
Whether you already have your own mobile home, or are looking for one, the Locouarn campsite welcomes you with an annual rental of a plot of your choice.
With your own terrace, garden furniture, garden shed and landscaping, you can move from your own private cocoon to the rest of the campsite, all in the heart of nature.

By 2023, the campsite will have 20 mobile-home residents, and will be accepting 3 to 4 new ones every year.
How much does it cost to live in a mobile home?
For the first year, the campsite will charge you for the rental of the plot and an entry fee. These correspond to the costs incurred by the campsite (mainly for servicing the plot) to welcome you and depend on the pitch you choose.
Each mobile-home resident is equipped with water and electricity meters, allowing consumption-based billing. A contribution to the cost of the electricity subscription is also charged.
The tourist tax is calculated on the total number of nights of adults present.
