Whether you already have your mobile home, or are looking for one, the Locouarn campsite welcomes you by renting annually a plot of your choice.
With your terrace, your garden furniture, your garden shed and the landscaping you want, you move from your intimate cocoon to the rest of the campsite, all surrounded by nature.
Do not hesitate to contact Hervé who will take stock of your project with you and will support you. The best is to come directly to the campsite to ensure that it actually meets your desire for a base.
The campsite will have 10 mobile home residents in 2023 and accepts 3 to 4 new ones each year.
What are the fees for a resident.
The first year, the campsite will charge you for the rental of the pitch as well as entrance fees. These correspond to the costs incurred by the campsite (mainly for the development of the pitch) to accommodate you and depend on the location chosen.
Each mobile home resident has water and electricity meters, allowing billing based on consumption. A contribution to the electricity subscription costs is also charged.
The tourist tax is calculated on the total number of nights of adults present.
