As in 2021, 2022 and 2023, the campsite is relaxing the cancellation policy 2024.
Cancellation, even without justification, is possible until the day before the start of the stay.
In this case you will first be offered a credit corresponding to the deposit and the administrative fees already paid. This credit is valid for 18 months, i.e. until closure at the end of the 2023 season. If at the end of this validity period it has not been used, it will then be refunded to you (excluding administration fees).
You can also request a refund of the deposit paid. This will be returned to you within 15 days after your reimbursement request, less processing fees.
